Our Services

We provide individual therapy, consultation, and psychological assessment, including via secure telehealth. Every client receives a personalized treatment plan based on your goals, strengths, and values. Services are collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care.

  • We provide evidence-based psychotherapy grounded in compassion, collaboration, and clinical expertise. Our treatments are drawn from the latest psychological research and tailored to fit your goals, strengths, and lived experience.

    What We Offer

We use gold-standard treatments supported by research and customized to meet your needs:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

A structured, goal-oriented approach that helps you recognize and shift unhelpful thinking patterns, build coping strategies, and take practical steps toward change.

    • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

A skills-based treatment that strengthens emotion regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and effective communication—especially helpful for intense emotions or interpersonal difficulties.

    • Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)

A trauma-focused therapy that supports safe, gradual processing of painful memories to reduce distress and avoidance.

    • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

A cognitive approach for trauma recovery that helps identify and reframe stuck beliefs tied to past experiences.

    • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A structured, phase-based approach that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories and regain emotional balance.

    • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

A frontline treatment for OCD that reduces anxiety through structured exposure to fears and reduction of compulsive behaviors.

    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

A values-based approach that fosters psychological flexibility by helping you accept what’s outside your control and commit to meaningful actions.

    • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

    • A collaborative, non-judgmental method that enhances motivation for change, often used to support behavior change in areas like health, substance use, or ambivalence around therapy.

    What to Expect

We begin with an initial intake interview (approximately 90 minutes) to gain a comprehensive understanding of your concerns, history, and goals. Ongoing therapy typically involves 50-minute sessions at a frequency that makes sense for you—weekly, biweekly, or otherwise, depending on your preferences and treatment plan.

We use measurement-based care, which means we regularly assess progress using standardized questionnaires to ensure that treatment is aligned with your goals and delivering meaningful results.

    Fees

Rates vary depending on the service provided. We are currently an out-of-network provider, and can supply superbills for possible insurance reimbursement. Insurance coverage is coming soon.
